Help teachers lead exploratory STEM activities and engage with campers while they are doing fun, hands-on STEM projects.

Choose your weeks!
2 week minimum commitment

$75 / week

Campers entering grades 8-9 may apply for our CIT program. CITs build leadership skills as they assist with PreK or K-2 camps and are supervised by our full time staff at all times. This leadership program is by application only. Entering 8th and 9th graders can apply by emailing CIT@nogginbuilders.com (emails from applicants only, not parents).

Grades K-5 Themes

June 7: Boom, Pop, Splat!

Is it messy? Does it explode? Be prepared for mess and fun in this camp that includes everything that goes boom, pop, and splat! Projects include activating chemical reactions, comparing slime recipes, and designing the best egg drop contraptions.

June 14: DIY Circuits

Explore electricity and circuits!  Investigate how electrons move.  Master the basics of building working circuits while also challenging your creativity as you design new circuitry projects! Hobby motors, buzzers, LEDs, and switches are just some of the components campers will be using as they engineer their circuit creations.

June 21: Science of Art

Be inspired with unique art projects that are created using science! From color chromatography and paper making to abstract art using chemical reactions and the geometry of origami, STEM skills will be paired with artistic creativity in this camp!

June 28: Gadget Design

Use your imagination and your hands to turn your ideas into gadgets! Build engineering skills by making a ball launching device, creating your own spinner toy, or designing an aerodynamic slingshot rocket. Then, use these skills to make your own inventions!

July 6: Roller Coasters (4 days)

Explore energy and physics as we turn things “upside” with fun STEM challenges all about roller coasters!  No camp Monday, July 5.

July 12: Save Our Planet - Green Science!

Explore the amazing resources from our planet as you harness the wind to power a vehicle and use heat from the sun to cook food! Campers will also build using materials from nature, discover ways to recycle and reuse household items, and design water filtration systems.

July 19: Cool Chemistry

Rubber eggs, chemical reaction powered vehicles, and pH testing with red cabbage — these are just a preview of the activities for this camp. Come explore the bubbly, stinky, and sometimes explosive world of chemistry as we experiment and make a mess!

July 26: Escape Room Engineers

Are you a fan of the puzzles, mystery, and strategy of escape rooms? So are we! Put your STEM skills to the test and join us for a week of escape room design, from mapping out the game’s puzzles to building the props and contraptions.

August 2: Crazy Contraptions

Engineering and creative design are showcased in this camp through open-ended projects. Use simple machines, hydraulics, elastic energy, power tools, and more as you use your imagination to create your own contraptions and inventions!

August 9: LEGO Engineers

Build your engineering skills using LEGO bricks. Create a marble maze, explore symmetry, and let your imagination soar as you design pulley systems and more!

August 16: Super STEM

This camp is jam packed with activities from all areas of STEM. This summer, we will be featuring camper favorites such as discovering what yeast likes to eat, engineering the best zipline, designing marble roller coasters, and creating chemical reactions! Each SuperSTEM Camp will have different activities, sign up for them both!
