Refund Policy:
* All cancellations or changes must be sent in writing to info@nogginbuilders.com
* Refunds will be made by the method in which they were originally paid. All credit card refunds will be less a 3% processing fee.
* If Noggin Builders cancels a program due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
* Special cases due to COVID-19: If due to constraints imposed by the state, IDPH, CDC or similar agency, or a decision by Noggin Builders, in-person One Day Camps are not able to be held in-person, they will continue at the same day/time via live video and materials will be made available to all participants. All children enrolled for in-person camp will be automatically transferred to the online camp, with materials available for pick up. If you wish to cancel for a refund, in this case only, you may do so by emailing info@nogginbuilders.com
* If your child is unable to attend an in-person Summer or One Day Camp due to personal COVID restrictions (eg: symptoms or quarantine due to exposure), you may request a full credit (regardless of deadlines listed below) by emailing COVID information to info@nogginbuilders.com
One Day Camps are fully refundable (less 3% credit card processing fee) up to 2 weeks prior to the date of the camp. After that date, you may switch to another camp date (based on availability) or receive a full credit which can be used for any future program.
Summer Camp tuition is fully refundable (less a 3% credit card processing fee) until April 15. Starting April 16 until 3 weeks prior to the start date of your camp, tuition is fully transferable to another camp date (based on availability) or you will receive a refund of 80% and credit of 20% which can be applied to a future class, camp, or party. After 3 weeks prior to your camp, tuition is non-refundable. Tuition is fully transferable to another camp date (based on availability) or you will receive a credit of 90% of tuition which can be applied to a future class, camp, or party and there is a 10% cancellation fee.
Weekly Classes are fully refundable (less 3% credit card processing fee) up to 2 weeks prior to the start date of the class. After that date, there are no credits or refunds.
Weekly Class Make-ups: If you contact us in advance of missing class (minimum of 3 hours prior), your child may attend a make-up class within the same session at the appropriate age level. If no such class is available, you will receive a credit for a future session. Limit of one credit issued per class session.

Emergency Medical Authorization and Acceptance of Noggin Builder Policies
Below is the Emergency Medical Authorization and Acceptance of Noggin Builders Policies that you agreed to when you created or updated your account. By registering for a class, camp or party, you continue to accept these policies.
The health information provided is correct and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief. As parent/legal guardian, I hereby give permission for the child(ren) named herein to engage in all program activities. I hereby give permission to Noggin Builders, LLC to provide emergency care and seek emergency medical, surgical, or dental treatment including ordering x-rays or routine tests. I agree to the release of any records necessary for payment, treatment, or insurance purposes. In the event of an emergency, I give permission to Noggin Builders, LLC to arrange necessary related transportation for the child(ren) named herein. In the event that I cannot be reached in an emergency, I hereby give permission to the physician/health care provider selected by Noggin Builders, LLC to secure and administer treatment, including hospitalization, for the child(ren) named herein. This completed form may be photocopied, if needed.
I understand that the child(ren) named herein will be participating in programs and activities at Noggin Builders, LLC. I acknowledge that such programs and activities involve inherent risks. I hereby waive, release and forever discharge and indemnify Noggin Builders, LLC and its employees, members, managers, officers, agents, insurers and representatives from any and all claims, damages and causes of action, including attorney’s fees, as a result of the participation by the child(ren) named herein in any activities at or associated with Noggin Builders, LLC.
I give my permission to Noggin Builders, LLC to use any video or photograph that includes the likeness of the child(ren) named herein, in any form or media, for the purpose of marketing or promoting Noggin Builders, LLC and its programs.
