Policies
Class Absences & Make-ups:
Please contact if your child will be absent so that we can plan accordingly. If we are notified in advance, that your child will miss class, he/she may make up a class at the same level within the same session (subject to availability).
Weather:
In the case of inclement weather, Noggin Builders will notify parents of closings by email and with an announcement on our website.
Illness:
Children who have a contagious illness should not attend class. Parents should notify Noggin Builders of the absence and will be offered a make-up class per the make-up policy.

Classes
Which class is right for my child?
You should enroll in the class based on your child’s grade in school. For summer camps, use the grade he/she will be entering in the fall.
What should my child wear to class?
Dress for mess and movement! Activities at Noggin Builders are hands-on and exploratory. Your child should feel free to get messy and be able to move safely (closed toes shoes are required and please avoid clothing with long dangles).
Can I join a class late?
Yes, registration is ongoing. We will prorate the session price for the number of classes your child is attending.
Food
Is Noggin Builders peanut-free?
At Noggin Builders we will do our best to accommodate food allergies. With advance notice, we can substitute foods used in our experiments and projects. We cannot guarantee that our facility is allergen free. If you have concerns regarding allergies, please contact us.
Can I bring in my own meal for the party?
No, that is not currently available.
Can I bring my own cake / dessert?
Yes, you provide the birthday dessert of your choice.
Birthday Parties
Can I choose the activities?
Yes! If you choose our Super STEM theme, our staff will help you choose.
What if the children attending the party are more than one age?
Noggin Builders events can be made for any age and the activities can be differentiated to meet the needs of multiple ages together.
Can I bring decorations?
Noggin Builders will add to its fun and colorful atmosphere with theme appropriate extras for your party. You may choose to bring your own decorations, as well. The following items are not allowed in Noggin Builders at any time: confetti, glitter, or latex balloons (mylar is fine).
When should I arrive?
Please arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to your party. Before that time, Noggin Builders staff will be busy preparing your event.
